I came across this ad the other day and I found it so ridiculous that Reebok would actually publish this ad. It shows men as workout obsessed animals who don't care about any relationship other than the one with their workout. It is degrading to men and women because it portrays them in uncomfortable manners; that women are worthless and don't matter, and that men are cocky assholes who can't handle an adult relationship. Either way, this ad is surprising and extremely offensive, and is only one of many of the forms of media that portray men and women this way. We are being told not to care about positive relationships and to have casual sex or preform adultery. This type of message is causing problems in our society, especially for young people who are beginning to learn the difference between right and wrong. It is a ridiculous message that should not be advertised.
